Welcome to SIG SIG DESIGN SAPPORO. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Age Requirement

We do not provide tattoo services to anyone under the age of 18. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for age verification. Copies or photos of IDs are not accepted.

2. Health and Condition

Please inform us in advance if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are currently taking medication, especially blood thinners.
Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused service.

​

3. Design and Consultation

We offer original custom designs as well as consultations for client-provided artwork. Any necessary revisions may be made to ensure suitability for tattooing.
Final designs must be approved before the session.

4. Deposits and Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting your deposit and future booking privileges.

5. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled depending on the day's schedule.

6. Accompanying Guests

You may bring one guest with prior notice. However, due to limited space and hygiene considerations, they may be asked to wait in a designated area.

7. Aftercare and Results

We will provide aftercare instructions following your tattoo session.
Please note that healing results vary based on skin type, location, and how well aftercare is followed.
Touch-ups may be offered at our discretion.

8. Studio Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, disruptive, or poses a safety concern.
Photography and video recording inside the studio are not permitted without permission.

9. Agreement

By proceeding with your appointment, you confirm that you understand and accept all terms listed above.
