ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

SIGSIG DESIGN SAPPORO is committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients. We aim to accommodate diverse needs to the best of our ability.

 

Physical Accessibility

Our studio is located on the 7th floor and is accessible by elevator. However, please note that there is a small step at the entrance of the studio, which may require assistance for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
We currently do not have a wheelchair-accessible restroom, and we apologize for this limitation. If you require any assistance upon arrival, please contact us in advance—we will do our best to support you.

 

Animals

For hygiene and safety reasons, animals are not permitted in the studio. (Service animals are not accommodated at this time.)

 

Communication Support

We offer service in both Japanese and English, and we’re happy to assist with any communication needs. If you have specific concerns, such as hearing or language support, please feel free to contact us ahead of time.
