REFUND POLICY
At SIGSIG DESIGN SAPPORO, we take great care in preparing for each tattoo session. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are required to secure your appointment and cover the preparation of custom designs.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, your deposit may be transferred to a new date (one time only).
2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

No-shows will also forfeit the deposit and may not be eligible for future bookings.

In case of unavoidable emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Completed Services
Refunds will not be issued for completed tattoo services.
We ask all clients to confirm their design, placement, and size prior to starting. Once the tattoo has been applied, the process is permanent and cannot be undone or refunded.
4. Touch-Ups
Touch-up policy may vary depending on the nature of the design and healing. Please contact us within [2 weeks] if any issues arise. Touch-ups are subject to studio discretion.
5. Merchandise
All merchandise sales (apparel, prints, etc.) are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective.
